Customizing our website which uses Wordpress

We have recently bought a Wordpress theme and are migrating our website to Wordpress. Quite a lot of customizing has already been done, but we still need some things sorted out. We are looking for someone who works quickly and efficiently and gets the work done on time. Attached are some images that will help you understand exactly what we are looking for. ************************************************** There a few changes we'd like to make to what is already existing on our website: [login to view URL] Firstly, we need to increase the overall width of the website to about 1100 pixels, including the main nav bar and the content area. We would like our nav bar to cater for at least 8 tabs totally. Right now, if we add even one more tab, it is going into the next line and the entire design with the slider is getting affected. So please increase the total width of the bar and also reduce the padding for each tab. We don't need them to be as wide as they are right now. Secondly, we want to demarcate the main nav bar from the sub menu which opens up when we click on "Workshops" tab. Right now it looks a little confusing. [login to view URL] Please add a line in between or make some different coloured tabs for that sub menu. If it still doesn't look good to us, we will request you to perhaps turn it into a drop down menu. To the person who will take up this job, we would appreciate it if you can also send us a guide or instructions so we ourselves can modify our website in the future.
