CREATE CUSTOM INTERACTIVE SHOPPABLE VIDEO TECHNOLOGY AND PLATFORM

I am looking for a freelancer to create a custom interactive shoppable video technology and platform (backend system for me only and not for commercial use or licensing) that will allow me to upload videos and custom make them so that they are interactive.

In this front end example, you click on items in this video, product images appear in a panel on the right to which poeple can be directed to shop these items. I need to create a technolgy such as this but with design differences.
The video player design must include the following:
- thumbnails of the shoppable items featured in the video displayed in a banner at the bottom of the video player (thumbnails will be product photos of items in the videos.)
- once thumbnail clicked on, an overlay opens with product name, image, description and SHOP NOW link of the product
- user can resume video by closing overlay
- video player must be responsive
- Must be a user-friendly interactive video player, easy to use in the back end. 1 template for overlay needed.
For me to make the video, i will need the following:
- a main page where i can upload videos 16:9 form
- edit each video so that i can include images to the panel at the bottom and adjust the time frame to match when the item appears in the video
- a section where i can create the overlay adding text title, text description, price and SHOP NOW button on the left and product image on the right
- add hyperlink to SHOP NOW button in the overlay
- platform must include an embed code system to which i can copy/paste the embed code for the video so that it can be published on a wordpress site.
The platform should be built from scratch on a staging site. I am looking for a completion time of 2-3 months.
No e-commerce integration needed as the user will be directed to other online retailers for purchase.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience in building custom video platforms
- Strong knowledge of video streaming technologies and hosting
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages, full stack
- Ability to create an interactive user-friendly interface
- Strong project management skills to ensure timely completion within the given timeline.
