This provider promised 2 days max and stated in initial request that no milestones would be requested and not to pay until project was completed. Once he got started, he apparently did not have access to the library required to perform the job as advertised, and requested to use a different library. We granted him this request. It is now over 3 days, and the only progress he provided does not work as requested. We replied with screenshots of our results using his scripts, along with our statement that it was not working. His only reply was to request a milestone payment (contrary to original statement of no milestone requests). We were very excited about this prospect. Unfortunate that it was not fulfilled.
