Contest Brief

I need a logo done for a modern, clean site

Our company name is "THE LEADERSHIP INCUBATOR" and our tagline is: "Growing Leaders on Purpose". I would like both the company name and the tagline included in the logo.

The style that I'm after is:
- Modern
- Clean
- Professional
-Neat
-with or without graphic

I would like the following colors:
- Teal (check attached)
- Black
- Grey
- White
- Coral (VERY LIMITED USE OF THIS COLOR)
- Open to other color variations on these colors

Target Audience are senior executives / C-suite.

Things to keep in mind:
1. graphic design that plays with negative space
2. movement and transformation (big to small, small to big)
3. icon & typography
4. interruption of font consistency
5. limited colors
6. use of a secondary font style (ex. italic & regular)
7. typographic hierarchy

I've attached some examples below of what I really like. The exact colors I need are also there below. I've also attached two screenshots of the website in progress. I've attached a style sheet with the current colors. I've attached a temporary logo I did myself (it's awful)

I would like this to be both iconic and catchy so that people can recognize my business instantly.
