Contest Brief

I run a "registered investment advisory" (RIA) in the north suburbs of Chicago. We need five different facebook ads for our business. Our intent would be to run these ads side by side to see which one has the best response. And then maybe buy a few more if we see the ads working.

We are open to any type of facebook ad design. But we think we would prefer to try and drive traffic to our website rather than our facebook page. Our firm specializes in very low cost investing. We achieve low costs and tax efficiencies by using index funds and etfs. We tend to serve clients in the Chicago metro area, but we have clients all over the U.S. and a few international clients. Please consider humor. And also please ask if you want our opinion on anything...we are happy to respond. You can enter the contest by showing us two different ad ideas. If you win the contest, you will be asked to submit three additional ads around the same theme.

Are you planning to run paid ad to increase traffic on your website or just organic ad? If the first one, than FB only allows 20% text. More than that, they won't approve your ad.

If you have a funny joke, but haven't worked out proper English yet...no problem. If you just copy someone else's work (plagiarism) it will get one star. We want some creativity...please do not just take wording off of our site.

  We probably want to stay away from the political. I would prefer the humor be around the subject of "How much investment management firms charge clients for no reason."
