Contest Brief

I am launching a brand of fitness apparel using and need a designer who can supply creative and appealing designs according to the templates supplied. Examples of the types of designs I am looking for are attached. Designs that can made in multiple color palettes are preferred. I am launching this contest with the hopes of finding a designer to work with long-term for many designs. More than one designer can win this contest. I will award this contest to as many designs as I can use.

I am including several photos of the looks we are after . These are meant to inspire. Please do not copy them exactly. All designs must be original and not infringe on any protected material (copyrights or trademarks).

I am including 2 templates - a regular waisted legging and a high waisted legging (yoga legging). You may design either one. It is up to you. If you choose the high-waisted legging, please note that there are 2 additional templates (one for the front waistband and one for the the rear waistband) that must be included in your design. The regular waisted legging is all in one file.

Added: Just want to be sure everyone understands the template - the red line is the "safe area". Important details should be kept within this area. The red lines do not mark the seams or the outer edges of the garment. The overall design should extend past the red line all the way to the black lines (and beyond for full bleed). Any element of your design that you intend to disappear into a seam needs to run to the black lines. If you only run it to the red line, there will be space between that element and the seam. I hope that makes sense.

Details:
Please submit PNG or PSD files
Please create files in a minimum of 150 DP - 300DPI preferred.
Set files to RGB color space
Use full-bleed images
The design should cover the entire canvas to ensure maximum coverage but keep important elements in the safe print area.
If you use text, all fonts should be converted to outlines (unless your graphics are in PNG)
Please be sure to remove template guidelines from the final file.

      The prize is $25 for one design. The winner (or multiple winners) will be hired to create many more designs, hopefully for a long time to come. I am using this contest to identify designers to work with on a long-term basis for this project.
