new type of belt design that reduces fabric wear

I have already designed the product, which reduces the fabric wear and also it makes the user comfortable even there is a variation in pressure. I`m sharing you the assembly of the buckle strap which contains a outer hinge and cylindrical fit rollers with end locks. Please zoom the assembly to see the interior components. *The roller will press the fabric up-to (say 2mm) which releases additional fabric and the torsional strain energy of the spring restores the released fabric, thereby maintaining at the initial position * THINGS THAT NEED TO BE ADDED : 1. In the product, I have doubts that the fabric has to return its initial position, If so some torsional springs are to be added from cylindrical roller to the extruded face of the flange. 2. Lock mechanism : I would suggest a hem type lock mechanism at the end of the buckle plate. If you want me to add these components, please let me know I will add this and give it to you.

The non-adjusting end will be in the end of the buckle wall ,in the opposite face of the roller. Also the non adjusting end has hem type (hook type ) locks which connects with the adjusting wall end.

You asked for less wear in the fabric, So the roller would press the fabric and in the event of pressure it releases the fabric slowly. A spring attached at the either end of the roller retracts the fabric to its position.

Hi Abishek. I cannot see how your proposed buckle will attach to the non-adjusting end of the belt? Also, I am not able to zoom the assembly as you suggest in your message? Overall, I am not sure that I understand how your mechanism works. It would help if you could try and explain it a bit more clearly. Thanks.
