Dear CH,

Sorry to say the budget is too low for this kind of job. As freelancers also has to pay contest fees and the freelancer contest fee is 10% or $5.00 USD, whichever is greater. So it's almost a free work.

Hi CH, before picking the winner, these are the tips to check the quality of the HTML/CSS:
- Check the validity of the HTML here: https://validator.w3.org/
- Resize the browser horizontally and vertically
- Check the code, see if it's clean and well-written
- No scripts as of now, since it's just HTML/CSS job
