We are a new Company called "GROW EBITDA". We are still in process of developing our website. One idea we have is to have an "image" (Art Work image) to place on our website that creatively & professionally portrays what we do! [NOTE: PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT SEEKING A SIMPLE "LOGO" HERE - WE ALREADY HAVE OUR LOGO! - THINK INFOGRAPHIC ART with details of buildings, people, business/commerce activities taking place and on the artwork/infographic! - e.g., google "business infographic" or "manufacturing infographic" to get some idea. ] Our Company, GROW EBITDA, exists to help all companies grow their bottom-line profits or EBITDA (so that's what we do)! By way of background, EBITDA stands for "Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization", and essentially represents bottom-line "cash flows" (i.e., true "cash" profits). So, we thought it would be so amazing to have an art work image on our HOME Page that captures all the ways (or several of the ways) a company can go about to help improve and grow their EBITDA. Some of those ways include:
1) Increase Sales/Revenues,
2) Decrease Cost of Sales (e.g., raw material costs, labor costs, and overhead),
3) Increase efficiency (e.g., better utilization, automation, eliminate waste, train employees, etc.),
4) having a solid company "Strategy" and "executing" successfully,
5) having solid People (i.e., the right team),
6) solid processes (e.g., company policies , procedures and internal controls),
7) solid use of technology (e.g., ERP system, CRM, system, AI, robotics, data analytics, etc.),
8) mergers & acquisitions,
9) better Supply Chain,
10) better Sales & Marketing,
10) good compliance and risk-prevention programs & policies,
11) solid outside advisers,
12) solid Board of Directors,
13) a good culture,
14) reduced operating expenses
15) Etc., etc., etc.
SO....the idea is to creative capture several of the above methods for increasing a company's bottom-line profit (EBITDA). Feel free to use both images and words - feel free to make it a chalkboard setting - feel free to make it more art looking with lots of color - feel free with photography and any graphic design. The idea is the artwork image exudes or portrays "business" and the on-going challenge and craziness and goal of trying to increase sales and net income (profit/EBITDA)!!! NOTE: Final thought that "business" essentially applies to all companies and industries but I think focusing more of a manufacturing company/industry will "paint the best picture"! [NOTE: PLEASE NOTE WE ARE NOT SEEKING A SIMPLE "LOGO" HERE - WE ALREADY HAVE OUR LOGO! - THINK INFOGRAPHIC ART with details of buildings, people, business/commerce activities taking place and on the artwork/infographic!! e.g., google "business infographic" or "manufacturing infographic" to get some idea.] Lastly, please incorporate our "logo" someplace inside the artwork (see attachment below).
