Contest Brief

This is a contest with a guaranteed $25 US prize to create a pixel-perfect responsive header menu that looks and operates like the menu (the dark blue region) on this site https://www.marinerauctions.com/
The deliverables include the following:
- Lean HTML markup for the menu inside a <header> tag.
- Lean standalone CSS file containing only the classes used in the markup compatible with Bootstrap v3.3.5
- Standalone javascript/jquery file if required
- Linked fonts
- Linked responsive logo image file

The winner will be able to point me to a public web page that shows the responsive menu in action. Time is a factor in this contest, so the first entry that meets all the requirements is most likely to win.
First-time freelancers are most welcome. I'm happy to give positive feedback for excellent work

There are several good entries but I don't see one that provides the exact rendering of the example site at the same browser size. For example, notice the automatic text wrapping of the BID/ONLINE and DEALS/STORE. Also the height of the menu, the font, and the background need to be identical. Thanks to all participants.
