Create an Logo, Banner, Favicon for an google spreadhseet plugin called "Websheet". This plugin is an website creator, which allows You to create websites inside Google Spreadhseets.

We need:
1.An application banner image. Sized to 220 x 140 pixels.
2.An application Logo. Sized to 128 x 128 pixels.
3.An Website Favicon. Sized to 16 x 16 pixels.

I added images to show where all will be used.
