Contest Brief

Cinema72 is a newly formed entertainment company specializing in film and video production, as well film education for aspiring screenwriters across the globe. We champion stories that echo themes of social justice, and have a global mission to equip and empower creatives in all walks of life to tell their own stories.

Cinema72 is need of a logo that will be used on all our communications and future website. PLEASE NOTE: The one "MUST-HAVE" caveat to be considered is the use of shoe-prints in a creative (and not obvious) way in the number 72 [See attached photo for an idea of multiple shoe-prints]. This is an echo of our mission to equip storytellers across the world to go out and impact the word through their stories.

**As of 08/30/18 this contest is now SEALED to prevent logo replication from designers. We want to see your original ideas -- not an imitation of someone else's. Please consider notes already given on your rated submissions. If you haven't received rating and feedback as yet, please be patient, we will respond.

HELPFUL HINTS:

*Make certain the logo reads as "Cinema72" not "72Cinema"
*Utilize the Shoe-print(s) theme in an integrated way. Do NOT use a footprint.
*Steer clear of traditional film company icons. I.e: movie cameras, clap-boards, film reels... UNLESS you are incorporating these in an unconventional way.
*Don't make your designs too "busy" -- two things must be clearly communicated, our company name -- and an incorporation of theme. The them can be subtle, but throwing multiple elements at the logo design makes it too convoluted.
