  Hello, Contest holder, the original layout was better, in terms of transition from reception to the main office area. should I stick to the new layout or do I have liberty to use the old layout?

  Hello freelancers, our initial plan was to be ready to start implementing the design at the first of august, we started the contest late and it's not your fault, but we don't have the time to wait 16 days till the end of the contest so don't rely on that, we hope that every body submits his/her entry before august.      just added "office plan v4.dwg" and "office plan v4.jpg" and removed the older versions, we found a better solution to the doors of the main office.

  Good day freelancers, this contest has the potential of increasing the prize by 25% or more, but I will only do that after I find satisfaction in the delivery time and the design has to meet expectations, also there will be a small gift for the most two collaborative freelancers( they will be chosen as runner up and awarded 10% (each) of the winners prize and a good review that reflects their effort), out of nearly 20 freelancers I find very little sharing there thoughts and work, and look serious.

  Hello everyone, good day, I have the feeling that we are slow or not working, please I need to see the progress of everybody participating in this contest, if you send a small part of the design, that will give an indication of your work and we can modify it in an early stage if we need, working this way is supposed to lift alot of effort off the freelancer, we don't have enough time so please respond.

  Hi ShaddyDesign and thanks for the invitation. I like your project. Good description and lots of information are awesome. You are asking for a 3D file with all textures and scenes, 2D layout, renders, and video. But you were very wrong with the budget. This project costs 1000$ at least. Even if you are reselling this project to your client, you need to increase the cost of the project here. Increase to $ 600-800 or you won't get good results.

  Thank you for your invitation to the "competition" with such a motivating budget (which you have already raised up to $ 200).
  I have one request, before sending an invitation, look at the hourly pay of the freelancer you are inviting. Do not waste anyone else's time or yours.
  And lastly. Do you want to receive drawings, videos, 3D visualization and 3D files? Do you know the cost of 3D models? The average cost of 3d models on stocks is $ 7-25 for such a project, at least 50 of them are needed. And this is only the cost of the models. And you still want to get 3D files? You know that on stocks with 3d models, everyone who buys them at registration signs an agreement that he will use them only for his own purposes and will not transfer or resell them to anyone.

  for all stuffs you asked: design + render + animation + blender files + technical drawing + printing quality, with all respect sir, I believe the current prize (200 USD) is quite far from our effort to accomplish sir. So better #increaseprize again.
