We are looking for a 3D real animation character as per our drawing.

We would like to develop two 3D characters as per our drawing. The task is as follows.
1. Draw the two 3D character as per our drawing..(One is Bee and the other is Butterfly) See the picture
2. The character could have the following features -> Motion in all direction, movement, Emotion, Eyes blinking, speaking, crying, laughing sad, shock..
3. The character could also move in all directions, flying, etc.
4. The character color will be defined by us or recommendation or idea.
5. Used software could be a 3D animation standard.
6. We also need 2D image also
