Contest Brief

I have self built and property development and want to start marketing. the property is not yet completed . I would like 3d exterior rendering. the are some amendments to design in autocad. also I have my tiles and doors so might be nice to show those.

i have extended the price and increased the money as the was no serious entry. i am also reducing the requirement to just the exterior rendering with landscape providing 360 degree preferably via video. i will give more information upon request the requirement; the building is made up of 3 identical terraces joined to one unique building by a flat. it important to represent this. i also need the exterior rendering to show the proposed swimming pool on the roof terrace and the beautiful external views.
