Contest Brief

We need to create a responsive theme/design for our existing subscription based site and pages. Our clients are banks, real estate companies, law offices, researchers, governments, and genealogists to name a few. Attached is a screen shot of the search page that is still in development, and not released to the public. It needs styled by making it fresh, exciting and modern.

The database contains mortgages, wills, deeds, contracts, marriage, land and many other types of records. You will create a site wide theme and will need to style any specific pages. The site is completely database driven and built using the Microsoft stack, .net, mssql, aspnet, telerik and others.

The purpose of this project is so we can see who we want to work with based on what was submitted. Once a developer is chosen, and a good working relationship has been established, more work will follow. The budget can be increased based on additional work if needed, or the design submitted.

I've attached some additional screenshots to show you what the data looks like in the combos and grids.

We need a mockup of the screenshot I sent and then a css file created for applying its design after approval. The content in the dropdown combo boxes and grids must also be styled. The mockup needs to be part of overall website design theme which also needs to be created. And of-course, we need to design a logo... Good luck...

It is not necessary that you buy the two of the entries, I just do it that way so that you can see them both and not miss one them. If you want me to design the pricing tab or the login one msg me.     You have to upload a sample frontend design file(.html or .php) of your website so that according to your website classes .css file can be created to make it look better.
