Contest Brief

my wife and I are entrepreneurs who are just about to open up a wood furniture design studio & shop in Monterrey, Mexico.
Some characteristics about Monterrey:
1. is Mexico's most industrialized city. It is a very entrepreneurial city
2. it has 4.1 million citizens
3. it is located in the north side of the country, very close to US (150 miles), so you could say is a very americanized big city
4. #1 private university is located here (http://www.itesm.mx/wps/wcm/connect/Campus/MTY/Monterrey)
5. It is a expensive city, there is money her
6. Mexico's richest municipality is within Monterrey metro area, its name is San Pedro, and is the town with the most expensive restaurants, boutiques and real state. Companies owners lives in San Pedro town
7. we have warm weather most of the year. It could go up to 105 degrees in summer

About our business:
1. we are targeting the middle and lower upper classes. who will buy out products?: middle class willing to pay some extra pennies of what they pay in Tamarindo store - (http://tmrdo.com) accesible price poor quality furniture store - in exchange for a custom made stylish design and quality piece of wood furniture AND the lower upper class who doesn't mind on spending good moneys buying furniture at https://www.elpalaciodehierro.com
2. we want to project ourselves as the new generation of woodworkers / craftsmen People here always complain about their bad experiences with woodworkers: late delivery of goods, poor quality, etc. We will beat such paradigm and be the woodworkers people can rely on when needing a piece of furniture
3. our furniture design will be chic, classy and modern
4. we won't have a show room to begin with so our plan is to advertise ourselves using social media (facebook, instagram) and word-of-mouth
5. we want the logo to somehow transmit that buying custom made good quality design wood furniture isn't as complicated and expensive as people think (eventhough it is a little pricy)
6. we will focus on design, quality, and customer service
7. our style will be similar to wood furniture you find at http://www.doblealturadeco.com/arquitectura-interiores/ OR http://www.casacolomos.com/blog/

    thanks to everyone that have posted a proposal. I would like you to focus your proposals for the company name Wuud only (im not longer pursuing Casa Roca) and adding to it the words Diseno en Madera. For your information Diseno en madera means design on wood. I also would like you all to use for the word Wuud a font that somehow simulates the actual wood's veins (like each letter built out of multiple lines)
