Business technical solutions (Bestech) is an Omani management consultation company, provides you with the service of developing the level of administrative performance of the employees of the private sector and the government sector. It also analyzes and studies the current administrative situation and provides suitable solutions and helping organizations to increase employee’s productivity and efficiency .
The Department of Administrative Development is a coordinating consultative department whose responsibilities are to crystallize ideas and put forward the occasion for implementation. Here, the success of the development process depends on the support of all officials for this process and not development as an end in itself, but the goal is that the results are good and achieve the desired goal.

• Assess the performance of employees and improve their performance
• Evaluate internal systems and find solutions
• Develop leaders and assess their Performance
• Evaluate and analyse performance.
• Reports automation and design using Excel

• Short training courses ( inhouse ) for contact centre agents and leaders .
