Design a logo for a Professional Speaking Company

Contest Brief
I need a crisp and professional logo for a public speaking company (Self Motivation, Mindfullness, Mental Health) . The Name on the logo is "Key Conversations" and the logo needs to follow the below guidelines.
- Incorporate a key/lock into the name.
- Logo must preferably be square in orientation for optimal use online and social media.
- The "E" in Key in Orange or show me other ways to incorporate the Key/Lock
- Font and any icons need to be Modern and Professional
- Two Colours as per sample
I have created a set of sample mockups for reference. You MUST use the exact colours referenced in the image.
One of the main design difficulties is the "Y" which is difficult to properly align with the "s" in "conversations" below.
You might need to use or create the word KEY with a special font or vector design of your own to create a flat edged "Y". I've attempted a sample idea in the image attached.
The winner must develop the logo in Vector format and pass on the logo in the following filetypes.
AI, PDF, PSD

P.S Your own creative ideas. Don't want a ton of very similar designs to the sample attached.
