Contest Brief

I need to hire the design of a t-shirt and hat line. Need 5 shirts and 2 hats directed at skilled trades.
They can all have a very similar feel, but need slogans or expressions more directed to the specific trade.
It needs to have a very manly aggressive tone to it with slogans geared toward showing pride and heritage of their particular trade.
It will be marketed at certain skilled tradesmen, such as mechanics, welders, machinists, contractors, etc..
A few specific trades I would encourage (but any skilled trades will be considered);
-Aircraft Mechanics
-Helicopter Mechanics
-Diesel Mechanics
-Pipe welders
-Wind Farm Technicians
-Machinists
-Gunsmiths
-Plumbers
-Framers

The attached logo is the company logo that these items will be marketed to. The companies objective it to champion blue collar workers, particularly skilled trades.

Please check my entry - #202 . This is a 100% original design painted by me personally. I decided to use a character beloved by bikers, jeepers, etc. auto-competitors, but made him brutal, hypermasculine, aggressive and comic. This design, from my point of view, can be used for any working professions. If necessary, I can add attributes of other professions instead of hammers and pistons.

Dear organizer take a look at the "pinterest" site and you'll see a lot of copied work from there here. It's not fair to the authors who generated the idea and the guys here just steal it and offer it to you (not all but most of the ones presented here)

  Hello John. Vector drawing that is in the style similar to the company logo. Skulls, Vikings, Harley Motorcycle feel, metal textures, darker colors, American flag themes. Tools of the trades such as wrenches, cutting torches, plyers, hammers. Hope this helps.
