Product & job description:

Our product enables account managers to live-monitor feedback that is collected from customers in retail situations. Customers are providing feedback from a tablet. We need you to design 8 images that will be used in our existing smartphone App (numbered screenshots attached in the main picture). Screenshots and required images are described below.

Feedback nature :

Feedback is represented with 3 simple smileys. If you decide to use these in your designs (not a requirement though), please use the following smileys provided from FontAwesome :
(positive, coloured green) - http://fontawesome.io/icon/smile-o/
(neutral, coloured orange) - http://fontawesome.io/icon/meh-o/
(negative, coloured red) - http://fontawesome.io/icon/frown-o/

Image descriptions (look at attached picture when reading this)

>> Welcome/on-boarding flow (please ignore descriptions in screenshots)
0 - basic nature of the product = collecting customer feedback in retail situations
1 - customers are rating service on tablets, where as the manager monitors feedback on smartphone
2 - this service is free, good news for managers ;)

>> Main Flow :
3 - (Dashboard) There is currently no customer feedback, once customer triggers the first ever feedback, this will be replaced with data
4 - (Dashboard) There is currently no tablet device linked to account (this way customers can’t rate service), once linked it will be replaced with data
5 - (Device) This is pretty much explained in [4], however rather than showing the same we need to present that the linking process happens with scanning QR code displayed on tablet (as described in the blue button)
6 - (Statistics) As described in [3], this is obviously dynamic per period (tabs). User can swipe left/right in order to go past/future in timeline

>> Error page :
When unwanted situation happens. e.g. Server error, Server down, bug in code, etc.

Inspiration & design :

Your images should be clear & intuitive to the user of the app, visualising all described attributes and characteristics of the product/app or possibly action required from the user. We prefer cartoon-ich, happy/cute looking images.

Output :

We need 8 transparent PNGs named according to numbering as described in Image descriptions section. Bare in mind these images will be used across variety of smartphones (from Nexus, to Samsung, to iPhone (plus included) ) so chose resolution wisely. Source(s) to these images (ideally Sketch App, but not requirement) are wanted too.

Bonus :

These images are normally used with some description/text underneath (1-2 sentence). If you feel your copywriting side of yourself can offer some words with your designed images, feel free to write them in simple text file (again according to numbering in Image description section).

Hello everybody. I just like to point out, that there is no need/point to design whole screens, as this is an existing app that is ready to be released soon. We are interested only in images. I strongly recommend to read the description again and have a look at the inspiration links provided in project description (what we looking for is cartoon-ich/happy/cute style visuals). Also these images will be used in various backgrounds (not necessarily always white), hence transparent PNGs are needed (as described in description).
