Contest Brief

Hello. I want to design a premier / exclusive notebook cover. The notebook is to be given as a gift to attendees of a high end event tagged devolution conference. This is to be attended by the President, the Deputy President and 47 governors. The print will be embellished with digital 3D spot varnish, 3D foiling and embossing using MGI Jetvarnish 3D with iFoil; attached are images of prints with similar embellishments to give a clearer understanding of what we need.
attached is also a photo of a huge rock which is the county's landmark, it needs to prominently feature on the cover page.
The rock needs to be embellished with texture effects to be achieved using the MGI JetVarnish 3D.
Attached is also the county logo and Kenya's coat of arms which will both be embossed using the same (refer to attached sample images).
The finishing of the notebook will be wire-O binding with a hard case cover (like the attached).

I need both the artwork and mock-up of the the same to share with the production team.
Understanding of masking for prints that will be embellished on MGI JetVarnish 3D with iFoil or Scodix Ultra with Foil is an added advantage

Here are additional images of 3d spot uv varnish effects / embellishments; like you can see on the attached back cover of the notebook photo attached, we would want the back cover just like the attached one to have these kind of effects as the watermark. the front will be a combination of the 3D spot uv, 3D foiling and embossing.

NB.: the notebook needs to carry the 2 logos; one of the Kakamega County and the other one that of the event; the theme / logo of the event needs to stand out
