Contest Brief

We are getting married in 4 weeks! We have created a draft tri-fold event leaflet for our guests to receive when they arrive at their hotels in Bali, but would like a cleaner design overall. These are the documents we require:

- Tri-fold leaflet (includes wedding and other event info, timings etc.) - draft provided A4 size
- Double sided letter card (to accompany the leaflet, welcoming our guests to Bali) - draft provided A5 size
- Wedding reception menu (to be on the guests tables, including food and drink options) - rough draft provided A5 size
- Wedding reception concierge card (for guests to get as they enter the reception, telling them the table they will be on) - business card size
- Wedding reception name card (guest name only to be on the dinner table) - business card size
- Words of Wisdom sign (this will be in a box at the reception for guests to give us marriage advice, just a single card is needed as the guests will write on separate paper) - reference provided A5 size
- Table number sign (to be attached to wood block on each of the tables) - reference provided A5 size

Editable designs are required so we can add personal messages, names etc. and complete the printing ourselves

Inspiration design is attached to give an idea of the style we are looking for - modern, clean, crisp, tropical. White and green theme.
