Find out responsiveness problem Magento 1.9

Contest Brief

I have webstore built on Magento 1.9.2.3. My template got somehow broken and the category - grid items are not showing correct on mobile phone. There should be single item showing but template tries to show 3 items instead.
I provided screenshot. I need this to be checked and solved.
