Graphic Designs needed for add in a newspaper (urgent) , Newsletter banner/layout, etc

We urgently need to:

1. Design the layout of an add that will spread over two half pages, facing each other.
The size of each add is 290mm (L) x 220mm (H). The add will take place in the paper edition (not digital) of a local newspaper

As we are an advocacy Non-governmental organization and the subject of the add being controversial, we need some eye-catching designs to be visible in or around the text. The texte which will be in French is ready, it just need to be enhanced visually with adding striking paragraphs with our arguments below. This text will be provided at a later stage. There is one texte for the left andside and another text for the right handsie of the newspaper.

The designs should be handed over in all possible formats (in High Resolution, JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc) and also be compatible to be placed on our website's sliders and picture area of our articles.

Here is an updates: our add is linked to a political monument that we be inaugurated on April 13, in a public parc. The monument is composed of different "street lamps" (design/graphics of these street lamps will be provided). Since this is a politically motivated monument which relates to tragic events (a civil war) we want to change the graphics of these street lamps, where for example we hang (hanged on the gallows) something that symbolizes "History", Truth", "Democracy", "Peace" etc. The symbol of Geneva city, especially the Eagle could also be used. We have also some newspaper clips about those events at the time they were published (in the 1920's) that we could also use.

This is the most urgent part of our project and it should be terminated at our full satisfactions by Tuesday April 10, Noon, Switzerland time.

2. In the light of forthcoming elections, we need to enhance an existing digital Newspaper, with a banner with our logo, area for scripts and picture, a footer with usual information such as address, tel, e-mail, social media (twitter, etc), donation/membership button, subscribe/unsubscribe buttons, Newsletter with single column or more, places for picture for each topics in the newsletter, etc. This is the second most urgent part of the project.

3. We need a banner, with our logo and some art work on it, possibly with 3D effect (for example, our logo being in motion, or the language (French, Turkish to start with) on the banner changing at an interval.

4. Optional is the creation of a Youtube and Facebookpage (not urgent at this stage)

Freelancer that are specialized in only one skills can bid for each items separately, however, since a pretty common style etc is needed, we would prefer one person to be responsible for the whole project.

Text of the add, suggested pictures and layout will be forwarded in due course.
