Contest Brief

Looking for a logo (£80) and website (TBD):
Essential Function’s Clients are all business, but my target market is setting up buying groups of SME's & large corporate multi-site operations.
The look feel of Essential function is innovative, simple & knowledgeable. I don’t want to appear old fashioned, amateur/cartoon like or starchy / samey as other energy brokerages.
Due to the nature of my business, if the message / logo screams utilities, its usually ignored, hence the cog idea. We can incorporate more utility type photos as we build the website.

There are a few pictures I have selected, to give you some inspiration for alternative styles. Your creative thoughts are also valued.
and I also need to get a website & 1page e-brochure together fairly quickly by e/o month if possible. Order of priority:
Logo
Business Card design
Emails signature template
1 page brochure & website
Personal - i'm 45, been in sales all my life, im a Libran, hence lots of ideas, but when we nail it, im sure it will lok amazing. Want a long term relationshp with designer, as wanting to establish more brandign moving forwards.
