I need photoshop templates for real estate flyers and post cards

Contest Brief

I am the head of the Premier Choice Real Estate team for Keller Williams Realty. I am looking for an elegant look (primarily black, with red and grey accents) for our branding and a template for an 8.5" x 11" property flyer, 2 designs (1 for general mailing advertising the team and one for "Just Listed/Just Sold" mailings) for an 8.5" x 14" postcard (could be landscape or portrait). I need our logo and the KW logo to be approximately the same size, although I want to have the "Premier Choice Team" more prevalent and stand out more. Unfortunately, I need my face on there somewhere. I can add some sample images if you need them. Remember, this is 2 sided. On the back side of the postcards, we need the EDDM space like the sample I've uploaded (I know it's a terrible design, which is why I'm hiring this out!).

Again, I'm looking for these to be delivered in a Photoshop template file where I can replace the text (specifically for the property description details) and the images. I'm a beginner-novice at Photoshop, I just have no artistic skills.

*I've added a copy of the current farm postcard we are mailing. It doesn't have my picture on it (which we planned to add) and I don't love it, but the idea is to have a simple statement that catches people's attention before they throw it away. Hopefully it helps give an idea of what we are looking for as far as the "message" for that piece. I would love a consistent part of the piece with a space to update an image or section that doesn't change the layout or "feel" of it, so people still recognize it when they are getting ready to throw it away.
