Contest Brief

Hello

I need a web developer who can quickly mock up the colors, fonts, and eventually the layout of a small template website, containing a set of HTML tables. I will provide a .html file with some comments and a .css file that provide a basic layout, and some clues where I want to go.

The final result should be these modified files that have a much better improved visual design with regards to color, font, and some other features that a Design would want to change.

Anything is welcome as long as the content looks better and simple.
