Contest Brief

Hello freelancers, I'm looking for someone who can help me with polishing my design, I would like to find someone who can help me with current page and all future pages, but I don't want to go with someone new without any knowledge of his skills, so what I would like to do - I'm posting this contest - it contains only a header part of the design and what I expect from you is to show me your idea, what can you do with that.
Mostly I need:
- better navigation bar,
- some proposition of the badges - not necessary final design, let's say badge named 'Verified 18+'
- typography proposition
- any other improvements which makes it better

I would like to keep the design as simple as possible with flat design concept in mind.
