Contest Brief

Hello, I'm looking for someone to make a nice professional & minimalistic logo for my marketing agency TMCV-Media. I am open to creative suggestions as I would like the logo to display the name of my company and also somehow show the philosophy of my business - creating a partnership with the company we're helping and growing together as businesses (such as arrows connecting together to go faster forward) - this is something I would leave to you, as a creative person.
I need the logo in black option and white option, and to be in 5 different size variations and favicon.
