Contest Brief

I have a logo, but want to have it customized to have a dispersion effect. Ideally it should disperse starting at the bottom/side of the logo and gradually transition to solid at the middle/top. Please use your creativity to modify the logo as you see fit. The logo needs to work on both light and dark backgrounds (That may mean more versions depending on the design). The text in provided logo files does not need to be customized, only the hummingbird.

Please see the uploaded inspiration files for what I mean by dispersion.

Again feel free to use your creativity to modify the logo as you see fit!

To summarize I need:
1 favicon 16x16px transparent png
1 small 30x30px transparent png
1 medium 150x150px transparent png
1 large 1000x1000px transparent png
1 vector based PSD

Thanks!

I think there is some confusion as to what I'm looking for so I uploaded a graphic the best I can make (mockup.png). I'm looking for something like this, but better particle seperation. Like the bird is being created by the particles.

Also to further clarify, I would like to use the current hummingbird logo I have, but altered so that the body/wings of the bird have a dispersion effect going from bottom/left to top/right.

One more clarification. I like the overall size and shape of the hummingbird. So really the particles could extend a tiny a bit outside of the current shape, but I'd like to mostly retain the current shape. Basically I want a gradual particle/dispersion effect on the current image.
