Saccharomyces (pr. Sack-ar-o-my-sees) Beer Cafe is a new venture craft beer focused bar and cafe in Brisbane, Australia.

Saccharomyces (Sack-ar-o-my-sees) Beer Cafe is a new venture craft beer focused bar and cafe in Brisbane, Australia. We are extremely passionate about micro brewed beer both nationally and internationally. We hope to provide a welcoming area for both craft beer nerds and the interested uninitiated. Our food will be sourced locally to provide the freshest possible produce.
The venue is located in a laneway (alley way) that is mainly used as a service access hidden away from the main road which provides a natural underground or hidden element to our venue. We have converted the space into a bar and restaurant mix of a cafe style dining and beer hall/garden with exposed brick, feature lighting and exposed beams. The bar, coffee counter and floor are polished concrete with custom furniture of polished wood and iron.
*Saccharomyces is also known as brewers yeast and without it beer would be somewhat less delicious*
Be as bold and go out on all the limbs you want. We want something unforgettable, elegant, steeped in style and/or cheek. Think like a propagandist, or mind-blowing one off abstract artist for your inspiration. Deviate from our mold if you feel you can deliver something that is better, we like risk takers.
Try a text only or a design that incorporates a graphic. Some inspiration has been provided below. For this bar only the very best beers will do and we will be applying the same selection criteria to the logos. We are after your best work - something truly remarkable. Happy drawing and good luck.

Thanks again for your patience everyone. There can be only one winner - although this was very tight congratulations to moro who takes out our official prize. Nailed the brief. Thanks to everyone else that came so close. I had some delays with contacting people along the way and problems with my page here but we got it done in the end!
