Contest Brief

BayStar Family Retreat is dedicated to bringing families with a child battling cancer or a child who completed treatment to a retreat where they can have hope in faith, connect with other families facing pediatric cancer and enjoy life with their immediate family without being in a hospital setting.

We need a logo that reflects those goals. The initial idea involves something involving a star that signifies fun - a star in sunglasses (or group of stars), for instance. The logo will be incorporated into scenes of family fun - a day at the beach, a trip to the park. Also, it's important to try and incorporate the gold ribbon that represents the fight against pediatric cancer.

The logo should incorporate the name and tagline in addition to the considerations above.
