I am fitting an office with safely separated workstations and marketing the space as “The Workstation”. I am hoping to attract people who in a Covid19 world are now home working but struggling either with space or the home /work balance. I think lots of people will now be looking to work locally and not commute into the major cities but many struggle working from their spare bedrooms or kitchen tables.
