Require a marketing postcard to be distributed at events and venues for a new sensation of Australian wine called a Sparkling Shiraz. Want an upmarket, elegant, fun, sexy look.

This Sparkling Shiraz is an excellent medium body bubbly wine with an elegant structure and persistence of flavor. The wine pours as a violet frothy liquid settling into a vivid purple colored bubbling wine.

The smell of blackcurrents, cherries, blackberries and more hit your senses. As you finish pouring the froth slowly settles into a purple steady mousse.

This wine on tasting exhibits a powerful fruit showing a dryness though seemingly sweet characteristics with some acid and tannin on the finish.

Its like a red champaygne which is very exciting as people have not seen this before.
