Need a logo for a real estate investment business

Contest Brief

Hi! I need a logo for a real estate investment business. The name of the company is called Keyhouse Properties

The final deliverables for this project will consist of an approved logo in the following file formats : Vector/AI, PDF, JPG, and PNG

The logo will be used for business cards, "for rent" signs, flyers and company letter heads so I should be able to scale/re-size the logo without it distorting or becoming pixelated
