Contest Brief

Summary

For the news agencies APD Switzerland and APD Germany we need a new responsive layout for their current website. In this competition deliver layout designs for 4 content page types (see layout requirements bellow). The winner delivers based on the proposed design html and Wordpress templates (see technical requirements attached).

I have added four mockups showing how the page might look like. Feel free to place components at another place, different font sizes, effects, and so on. But it should help you to see which elements are needed. DON'T FORGET to consider the requirements-new-layout-apd-20170122.pdf
NOTE: 80% of the users are mobile users.

On the front page just show the latest 24 articles, offer way how to browse through the entries. Each block needs to contain: Image, Title, Date, Teaser, Category (optional). CSS code should accept image in different resolution, scale up centered to occupy the whole space

    1 star: forget it
    2 star: heavy improvements needed / new concept
    3 star: a base where we can continue work, still many improvements needed, but worth to continue
    4: we are reaching a candidate which can be accepted

      Yes. Make sure your customizations e.g. to bootstrap will be done by using the bootstrap variables. At the end the resulting css should be minimal, easily adaptable and buildable
