Contest Brief

I need a website for strayanimalsmatter. org, I would like to have it built similar to another website I own. That website is built in a scripting language used on Windows based servers.

Hosting can be done at smarter asp or idleserv, I have an account on both.
I will need one main admin, with the abilty to have more and delete any but the main.

The new website will be for kitten and cats.

It will have 2 sliders that we must be able to change out the photos on, it will have a cat nursery page

We also need our social networking links connected to the website on the top of the page
