i need to make a packaging sticker for my pillar candle products.
the label must include the following

1. company logo - i have attached
2. company address - I have attached in doc file
3. barcode- i have attached
4. must say "unscented"
5. must have burn times on there - 36 hours
6. must have candle size - 3"w x 4"h
7. warning / caution text - I have attached in doc file
8. must say "clean burn" and "smoke free"
9. product no# -PW34 above barcode
10. web site - www.elijahdistributors.com.au
11. under barcode it must say "made in china"


label size 78.0mm w x 32mm

I need editable file at the end
try to keep the front of the candle design simple and clean
