Contest Brief

I’m looking for a freelancer that will transform Zeplin design into React functional component.

The winner will be the person that will supply the best code - code quality matters.
The implementation should match exactly to the design that will be provided.

You will also get a base repo to work on.

The deliverables should be either:
1. The entire project with the added relevant files
or 2. only the new files that you have created

The new component should go into `src/components/Loader` folder, it should have 3 files:
index.jsx - will contain the react functional component with proptypes.
index.scss - will contain the scss for the component
stories.jsx - will contain the stories for the component (storybook)
