Remodel my small L-shaped house

Contest Brief

I want to design the coolest most unique design we can come up with for this small house. I want it to be unique . And I wanted to be functionable. I don’t need anything engineered I just want drawings floorplan, elevations . The only bearing walls are the exterior walls so it’s basically just a shell. There’s enough room to put some type of loft type room in the attic maybe?? I want limited windows in the alleyway. May be a small addition to make it a U-shaped house?? I gave an idea of what I had pictured the layout possibly being, but I’m open to anything. One nice bathroom would be sufficient. Perhaps connected to the master bedroom, With the Jack and Jill situation for the toilet and small vanity?? Maybe a cool hidden door or secret room. And a cool little backyard/patio/ courtyard?? Maybe a hot tub somewhere? It’s going to be a small but really nice bachelor pad with a child visiting every other weekend. It will get some type of vinyl siding with whatever accents, and a metal or shingles roof with 1 foot overhang’s all the way around. There is a small 10 x 8‘ basement that’s about 6 feet tall unfinished more of a storm shelter I guess, That could be used for something perhaps. There could be a small front awning or porch maybe. I just want something really cool for that little space . And all I really want are some drawings with some measurements to scale so that I can build whatever you dream up. Thank you
