Contest Brief
I need a php script to compare 2 different excel files (.xls) and return the differences into HTML table format. The file will be uploaded client side and processed server side via php. Each row must be compared and all differences must be found by ROW. 2 simple excel files with names as list are attached to this post, and it should be able to return the ones removed from list 1, and added to list 2 (the differences between the two.).
