Contest Brief

We are relaunching a new website for www.dealeservices.com. We are requesting proposals regarding the following onsite and offsite SEO services:

1. Search Engine Registration: We would like to be registered and provided proof of registration for all search engines and business listings available upon which the site will be registered. At a minimum, we require registration of the site on google, yahoo, bing, explorer, firefox, mozilla. However, please provide a proposal of all search engines and business listings available that your office is able to list the website on along with proof of such search engine and business listing registration. The search engine registration should be for all domains and sub-domains on the site.

2. Google Listing: We would like the firm's name, office address, office photo, phone number and hours of operation listed on the right hand column of a google search next to the company's name. We would like the website's Google Plus account re-setup and would like to be registered for Alexa reporting. In addition to receiving Alexa reporting we should also receive Google Analytics reporting.

3. Keyword Analysis: We will assist your office to an extent in recommending keywords that should be used from the site to assist with white hat optimization. However, we will in all cases rely on your office's expertise to suggest the full scope of keywords that can be used to optimize the website. The website should then be optimized using those techniques by the awardee. All blog, guides and other keyword containing aspects of the site must be utilized.

4. Onsite and Offsite SEO: We expect reporting of all activities required to accomplish authorship markup, schema geotag markup, schema event markup, site content management, schema event markup, internal linking, URL optimization, sub-URL optimization, domain/subdomain optimization, sitemap creation, keyword rankings and any other services proposed or required to assure the site is optimized. Please propose any other Onsite and Offsite SEO activities that will be performed.

Please include the proposed time frame for delivery of services (not the simply the anticipated timeframe for results) along with reporting and whether your office will require more than one month to provide all necessary services above. Our goal is to get all onsite and offsite SEO content commenced effectively in one month- we will track progress based on that month and reserve the right to order SEO updates as content is added to the site.
