VBA to Color "Formula" Cells from CTRL-F

Contest Brief

Please see attached for the detailed instructions. We need to select and shade the background of all cells on the active sheet that come up in the "Formula" section of the CTRL-F option in excel. In the attached example, I search for "[Active_Sheet]!" - the cells we need to highlight are contained in the "Formula" section of the results. I DO NOT want this to run as a dependencies test (checking each cell on the worksheet) - it is much too slow to run on larger sheets.

    The formula you choose doesn't even find the text "Cash Flow!" to apply the color. You are trying to find the name of the sheet.

      Please see this use case.
      CurrentSheet=Sheet1
      there are many fields in Sheet1, which are using formulas Which derives value from various fields
      1. some field of same sheet ie. say in cell C1 value comes from =A1+B1
      2. Some fields from other sheets like say ins cell C3 value comes from =Income_Statement!G$7
      But you do not want both of above.
      Instead of You want.
      Sheet1.C5 is a field its value will be fetched on other sheet like on Debit and or Income Sheet it will be used as=Sheet1!c$5.

      Is it the correct case?
      or earlier line was quite right.
      Needs urgent attention

      Regards
      Santosh
