This is for a financial services company, current site is: http://epsla.com (not a good look). I have attached the sketch of on how we would like this laded out, sorry for the hand-written notes but hopefully you can read them.

Need to keep the Photoshop size 1920 px wide. JPGs can be used as a preview, but final file needs to be a layered, live Photoshop file. I am sorry for the rush, but I need this in 24 hours or less.
