Hi everyone, we are a company offering cleaning services and we need professional, eye catching advert to represent us. The same text or parts of the text would be used on the leaflet and on our website. you can find more info on what we do on https://www.facebook.com/avicdcs/.
Additional info: I realised that it is a bit confusing to all of you about what exactly I am looking for. AVIC Domestic Cleaning is a company offering all sort of cleaning services such like: general cleaning, spring cleaning, dusting, hoovering, mopping, ironing, laundry, one time off cleaning services, regular services, end of tenancy etc. Our targeted customers are those with a high standards with the homes which needs an eye for the detail. AVIC cleaners has a huge experience gained servicing 5* hotels. Now the advertisement should be short, eye catching, in some ways different description of who we are, what we do. The text will be used to advertise our services as well as printed on leaflets. The winning contestant will be asked to work along in creating future promotions for AVIC. Hope it made a bit more clear to everyone.

... The worst mistake -- because it shows a serious lack of attention to detail -- is the poorly formatted bulleted list at the end. Potential customers reading the ad are going to wonder why the company couldn't come up with something better than this. I am a native speaker who writes copy for a content business. I'll write the ad exactly the way you want for £5 on Freelancer. Please PM me if you are interested.

  Oh dear me! I must admit, this is the first time someone (who isn't a client) has taken the effort to go through my entry in such detail to criticise. I'm quite flattered, actually. :)
  However, I must raise an objection to your mention of my English. I am not a native speaker of English - and neither, I assume, are many people in the CH's target audience. You see what I'm trying to say here? Perfect, academic-level English != better content

Dear Contest Holder -- The winning entry is detailed but full of mistakes. The idiom "patience of a saint" shouldn't be in a business ad. It has been a long time since saints were universally respected as symbols of spotless morality in the U.K. The expression will annoy some and be offensive to others. There's also a redundant sentence (see: "Lie back and relax as we take care of the mess."), and some bad grammar (see: "With massive experience of working at luxury hotels..."). It reads like a piece of copy written by someone who learned English as a second language and tried really hard to be professional but couldn't pull it off.
