I want to develop a very simple app that works with speech Recognition. It is an app for Android and Iphone. The way I need it to work : It record the voice and create a tabulated file adding the exact time HH:mm:ss It is for sailing race, people speaks in the phone and gives the sailing boat category, then the Sail number and the app add the exact time.
