Hello, I am a German ecommerce business owner with a Delaware LLC. I need some assistance from a CPA with my foreign owned single-member LLC. Specifically, I need some questions answered on whether ecommerce sales in the US without a physical presence, employees or similar are considered ECI (effectively connected income) and thus subject to federal tax.
