Plugin on the website sends enquires to info email, previously work perfectly with each enquiry coming in as individual enquiry but not joining them into one thread so can't manage enquires. Was set to come from info email but prev dev changed it for client to come from wordpress which we believe causing thread to join. Should be simple fix.
