I look after a network for a company that had a database and application running on a small business server 2003. It was using IIS 6 and SQL server Express 2008. Recently we migrated them to a new server running sbs 2011. However I cannot get their web app to work correctly when transferring it to the new server. The new server runs IIS 7.5 and SQL server express 2012. It partly works but comes up with errors on some pages, seems to be permissions issues. Hi, I have one windows server with a problem for sessions and cookie for the web sites hosted. The sites pass inside a proxy that forward the request to the windows server but IIS read the ip of the proxy, not the ip of clients.. I tired to install a isapi and module for IIS that pass the X-Forwarded-IP but i'm unable to configure the module, the isapi filter it's ok it pass but dosn't work,maybe i need to configure the IP of the proxy lie rpaf_mod on apache and realip on nginx.. i don't have much experience on windows but i know this problem are very easy for who work with IIS. Hi, We recently fixed an issue that did not allow our SBS 2008 server to be upgraded. Since the upgrades were performed we can no longer run our IIS .NET 3.5 applications as it displays an error. However, amazon SES is not directly supported in the .net SMTP client, as amazon SES needs TLS, while .net only supports ssl.
